Erin Fenwick is a management professional who holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Management from Campbellsville University located in Kentucky.  She holds numerous certifications and has also attended Sullivan University, The University of Louisville, and the KCTC System for undergraduate studies.

With 20+ years of experience in the business sector, and 10+ years of experience working along side corporate attorneys, drafting, negotiating, and executing documents, she has valuable corporate experience that lends to her professionalism and success.  Erin is often praised for her attention to detail, ability to catch errors and omissions, pleasant personality, and ability to negotiate and close deals that are often difficult for others.  

Erin was raised in a family that owned 3 small businesses and she grew up working in the family businesses at an early age.  She understands the value of being successful and profitable while also being competitive in the market sector. Erin also has real life experiences being a single mom, putting herself through college, working multiple jobs, personal finances, experiences with deaths and divorce, relocating many times and across states, etc... She understands how valuable consulting and advising can be in the personal life of an individual as well.

Erin is no stranger to hard work and reaching goals to achieving success, especially as a woman who has always worked in largely male dominated industries.    She often earned less money as her male peers with equivalent titles and worked twice as long and hard for promotions/advancements as her male peers.

"In some ways, I think my life has been harder than others and I really haven't understood why.  I just happen to be stubborn enough that every time life would knock me down, that I would just keep getting right back up.  I am pretty competitive and am just as capable and intelligent as any man, notably not as physically strong.  I would however, have a hard time getting equal opportunities due to having a nice personality and my petite stature.  I refused to let that limit me and found that I have to be more persistent than others and unwilling to fail.
